2021 Updates

To my valued clients, 

I am reaching out to you today to let you know about some improvements that I will be making at the beginning of October 2021. 

An exclusive experience and your absolute comfort while with me has always been a core principle that I believe in delivering each time you have an appointment. I want to continually deliver top of the line services and experiences because this is what you deserve when entering my salon. 

Education has always been a staple in my career as a stylist. It is my goal to not only provide a high level of experience when you are with me in my chair, but to also continually improve my skills for my clients. 

Learning new innovative techniques and always pushing myself is extremely important to me, and over the past year I have been investing in education to heighten my knowledge for each of you. 

With this growth and with the increase in my demand, starting October 1st 2021 I will be adjusting my pricing structure so that I can uphold my core principles when servicing you.

Additionally, I will also not be accepting Venmo payments for services or gratuity anymore. Unfortunately Venmo has made it near impossible for service providers to use efficiently. 

Payment for services and goods can be provided with credit/debit, check, and cash. 

As always gratuity is never expected, however very appreciated and will be accepted in the form of cash or check. 

My new pricing can be found currently on my website at www.melissapeckhair.com and found on my booking site starting October 1. When coming in for your appointments after the pricing shift is implemented, I will be more than happy to customize a service that works for both your budget and desired result if needed and happy to go over pricing before starting your service. I value your patronage and loyalty over the years. 

Should my new pricing structure no longer meet your needs I would love to refer you to a stylist in the area, whom I know shares the same values and skills.

Additionally, upon arrival, please continue to wait in your cars and text 484-302-8558 to let me know you have arrived. Please keep in mind the front door is not always unlocked for safety purposes.If you do choose to come inside instead of waiting in your car, please wait in the waiting area up front and let me know you have arrived via text or I will be up front by your appointment time. Please continue to wear your mask to the studio for the time being. If you have a color service please come with a disposable mask or a mask you won’t mind getting color on or I will provide one for you if need be.Thank you.
